Ingredients

3/4 cup oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup almond butter
34 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
Berries of choice (for topping)

Instructions

In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms. If too dry, add more almond butter or honey.
Line a muffin pan with liners. Add a spoonful of the granola mixture into each cup and press firmly to form a base.
Spoon Greek yogurt over each base, then top with berries and any remaining granola.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Let thaw slightly before serving for the best texture.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for a creamier consistency.
Swap honey with maple syrup for a vegan option (use plant-based yogurt too).
Add chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or nuts for extra flavor.
Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
