Juice from ½ lemon
¼ teaspoon salt
A dash of black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup runny honey
1 teaspoon spicy sauce (like chili sauce or hot sauce)
½ teaspoon crushed chili flakes
1–2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread the ricotta mixture onto a serving plate or shallow bowl, creating a slight swirl on top.
