Creamy smoked salmon bagel dip with ricotta, cream cheese, capers, dill, lemon, and everything bagel seasoning. A quick appetizer for parties, brunch, or easy snacking.
2 cups (16 ounces) whole milk ricotta
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1/2 of a large lemon)
1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Lemon wedges, for serving

Add the ricotta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and kosher salt to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
