Ingredients

12 oz tri-color rotini pasta
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 medium cucumber, diced
1½ cups broccoli florets, finely diced
8 oz sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 oz ranch seasoning packet

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to cool it down quickly.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bell pepper, cucumber, and broccoli.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables, then stir until evenly coated.
Taste and adjust salt if needed.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving for best flavor.
