Ingredients

2 slices sandwich bread
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 large banana
1 tablespoon hemp hearts (optional)

Instructions

Remove the crusts from the bread slices.
Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread as much as possible.
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter evenly over each slice of bread.
Cut the banana in half crosswise.
Place one banana half along one edge of each bread slice.
Roll the bread tightly around the banana, pressing gently at the edge to seal.
Slice each roll into 1-inch sushi-style pieces.
Sprinkle with hemp hearts or your favorite toppings if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can use almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or Nutella instead of peanut butter.
Add toppings like chia seeds, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips for extra flavor.
Whole wheat bread works great for added fiber.
Best enjoyed fresh to prevent the banana from browning.
