250 g mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Nutella
1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
200 g ladyfinger biscuits
Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Whip Cream: Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Make Cream Mixture: In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Nutella until smooth.
Combine: Gently fold whipped cream into the Nutella mixture to keep it light and airy.
Dip Biscuits: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into cooled coffee.
Layer: Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a dish, then spread a layer of Nutella cream on top.
Repeat Layers: Continue layering biscuits and cream, finishing with cream on top.
Dust & Chill: Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
