23 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (32-ounce) bag frozen fully cooked meatballs (about 50 meatballs)
Garlic salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a medium bowl or directly in the slow cooker, combine the ketchup, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well until smooth.
Add the frozen meatballs and stir until evenly coated with the honey garlic sauce.
Season with a pinch of garlic salt and black pepper, if desired.
Cover and cook on High for 2–3 hours or Low for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
Once heated through, switch the slow cooker to the Warm setting until ready to serve.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve as an appetizer or over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions for a complete meal.

Notes

Frozen fully cooked meatballs make this recipe quick and convenient.
For extra garlic flavor, add 1–2 additional minced garlic cloves.
Adjust the soy sauce to control the saltiness.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Great for potlucks, holiday parties, and meal prep.
