Easy frozen chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters made with Greek yogurt, strawberries, and chocolate for a healthy viral dessert snack.
1 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
In a large bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate, forming 10 clusters.
Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until completely solid.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 15–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Remove frozen clusters from the freezer. Dip or spoon melted chocolate over each one until fully coated.
Place coated clusters back on parchment paper. Add a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.
Freeze again for a few minutes until chocolate hardens. Serve chilled.
Make sure clusters are fully frozen before dipping to prevent melting.
Dark chocolate or milk chocolate both work well depending on preference.
Add blueberries or raspberries for variation.
For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed nuts or granola on top before freezing.
Store in the freezer and eat straight from frozen for best texture.
