Creamy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip made with cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips. A quick and easy dessert dip perfect for parties and sweet cravings.
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
In a large mixing bowl, add the butter and cream cheese. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until fully combined.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of the mini chocolate chips for garnish.
Stir the remaining chocolate chips into the dip until evenly distributed.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle the reserved mini chocolate chips over the top.
