Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (prepared according to package instructions)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup mini chocolate chips
2 cups chocolate candy melts (melted)
Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Brownies: Bake brownies according to package instructions. Let cool completely, then cut into small squares.
Make Cookie Dough: In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla. Gradually add flour, then fold in chocolate chips.
Form Dough Balls: Roll cookie dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
Wrap with Brownie: Flatten brownie pieces and wrap each around a cookie dough ball, sealing completely.
Coat in Chocolate: Dip each ball into melted chocolate candy melts and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Decorate & Set: Add sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate until chocolate is fully set.
