Creamy Banana Split Fluff Salad loaded with pineapple, bananas, strawberries, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. A sweet, fruity dessert salad perfect for gatherings.
1 (3.4 oz) box banana cream instant pudding
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 (10 oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
½ cup mini chocolate chips
2 bananas, sliced
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, mix the banana cream pudding mix with the crushed pineapple (including juice) until smooth and well combined.
Add cherries, strawberries, marshmallows, nuts, chocolate chips, and sliced bananas. Stir gently to combine.
Fold in half of the whipped topping until evenly incorporated.
Add the remaining whipped topping and fold gently until fully combined and fluffy.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
Serve cold, garnished with extra cherries, chocolate chips, or nuts if desired.
Add bananas just before serving if you want to prevent browning.
Use fresh whipped cream instead of store-bought topping if preferred.
You can swap nuts or omit them for a nut-free version.
Best served chilled for the perfect fluffy texture.
