Ingredients

400 g mango flesh
200 g milk (for blending)
20 g lemon juice
200 g milk (for gelatin mixture)
30 g sugar
20 g gelatin sheets
Fresh blueberries (for garnish)
Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Soften gelatin:
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.
Make mango purée:
Blend mango flesh, 200 g milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
Prepare gelatin mixture:
Heat remaining milk with sugar until warm (do not boil). Add softened gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
Combine:
Pour the gelatin mixture into the mango purée and mix well until smooth.
Chill:
Divide into serving glasses or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
Garnish & serve:
Top with fresh blueberries and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Use ripe, sweet mangoes for best flavor.
Do not boil the milk after adding gelatin to maintain proper setting.
Can be made a day ahead for convenience.
Substitute coconut milk for a tropical twist.
