Fresh and healthy Greek salad skewers with feta olives and veggies a quick easy appetizer perfect for parties and summer snacks
6 oz feta cheese, cut into 10–12 cubes
½ English cucumber, sliced into half-moons
1 small green bell pepper, cut into 10–12 squares
10–12 cherry or grape tomatoes
10–12 pitted Kalamata olives
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice from ½ lime
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp dried oregano
In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Thread onto skewers: tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, feta cube, and olive. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
Drizzle the dressing evenly over the skewers or serve it on the side for dipping.
Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
Use sturdy skewers or toothpicks for easy serving.
You can swap lime juice for lemon for a more traditional Greek flavor.
Add red onion slices for extra sharpness.
Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for a few hours before serving.
