Creamy, rich, and incredibly easy to make, this 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge is the perfect no-fail dessert for holidays, parties, and sweet cravings. Made with just peanut butter and frosting, it’s a quick homemade treat everyone will love.
18 oz creamy peanut butter
16 oz vanilla frosting
Line a 9×9-inch (or 8×8-inch) square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the creamy peanut butter and vanilla frosting to a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until combined. Return to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir again until smooth.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
Use an offset spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the mixture into an even layer.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the fudge is completely firm.
Remove from the pan, slice into bite-sized squares, and serve.
Use regular creamy peanut butter for the best texture; natural peanut butter may affect consistency.
For cleaner slices, chill the fudge thoroughly before cutting.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Freeze for up to 3 months and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
Add chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, or a drizzle of melted chocolate for extra flavor.
