Ingredients

12 Oreo cookies

1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts

1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips or candy melts

12 lollipop sticks

Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Red or pink candy melts (for drizzle)

Instructions

Carefully twist Oreo cookies apart, keeping the cream on one side.

Insert a lollipop stick into the cream filling. If needed, add a small dab of melted chocolate to help secure it. Place the other cookie half back on top and gently press.

Freeze Oreo pops for 5 minutes to firm up and make dipping easier.

Melt white chocolate and milk/dark chocolate separately according to package instructions.

Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, fully coating it. Let excess chocolate drip off.

Place dipped pops on a parchment-lined tray. Immediately decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with melted red or pink candy melts.

Allow pops to set completely at room temperature or refrigerate to speed things up.

Serve on a platter or wrap individually in cellophane for Valentine’s Day gifts.

Notes

Candy melts work best for smooth dipping and quick setting.

Chill briefly before serving if your kitchen is warm.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate longer.
