Super Yummy Cottage Cheese Chicken Parm Bowl loaded with crispy air fried chicken, creamy blended cottage cheese, marinara sauce, and melted Italian cheese blend. A high protein comfort meal ready in minutes.
1 serving blended cottage cheese (about 1 cup)
1 serving air-fried chicken (sliced or chopped)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste
¼ cup Italian cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, asiago, fontina, romano)
¼ cup marinara sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1. Prepare the Cottage Cheese Base
Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
Season lightly with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to taste.
2. Cook the Chicken
Air fry seasoned chicken according to your preferred method (typically 375–400°F for 10–15 minutes depending on thickness) until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 75°C). Slice or cube.
3. Assemble the Bowl
Spread the blended cottage cheese evenly into a serving bowl.
Top with sliced air-fried chicken. Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken.
4. Add Cheese & Melt
Sprinkle the Italian cheese blend evenly on top.
Microwave for 30–60 seconds or broil briefly until cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Garnish & Serve
Finish with freshly chopped parsley and an extra sprinkle of Italian seasoning if desired. Serve warm.
