Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows, plus 1 cup reserved
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup graham cracker pieces (broken into small chunks)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add the bag of mini marshmallows (reserve 1 cup) and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker pieces until coated.
  5. Stir in reserved mini marshmallows and 1 cup of chocolate chips or chunks.
  6. Press mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle remaining chocolate over the top and press in gently.
  8. Cool to room temperature (30–40 minutes), then cut into squares and serve.
