Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows, plus 1 cup reserved
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup graham cracker pieces (broken into small chunks)
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the bag of mini marshmallows (reserve 1 cup) and stir until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker pieces until coated.
- Stir in reserved mini marshmallows and 1 cup of chocolate chips or chunks.
- Press mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate over the top and press in gently.
- Cool to room temperature (30–40 minutes), then cut into squares and serve.
