Ingredients

  • 23 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet or roasting pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
