Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken (sliced or shredded)
  • 1 ripe avocado (sliced or mashed)
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine or spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)

Instructions
