The Best Pina Colada recipe with rich coconut cream, sweet pineapple, and a perfectly icy texture for a refreshing summer cocktail.
6 ounces cream of coconut
6 ounces pineapple juice
4 ounces Malibu rum (or coconut rum)
4 cups small ice cubes
Pineapple slices (for garnish, optional)
Maraschino cherries (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Add the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, rum, and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
Pour into serving glasses immediately.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries. Serve and enjoy!
For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum for a virgin piña colada.
