Ingredients

1 pack King’s Hawaiian Original Slider Rolls (12 count)

4 oz deli-sliced pepperoni

6 slices mozzarella cheese

6 slices provolone cheese

7 oz pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)

1 head of garlic, roasted or minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat to 325°F (163°C).

Prepare Rolls
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally (keep connected). Place the bottom halves in a foil pan or baking dish.

Layer the Sliders
Layer mozzarella slices on the bottom buns, then spoon pizza sauce over the cheese.
Add a generous layer of pepperoni slices. Top with provolone slices. Place the top buns back on.

Make Garlic Butter Topping
In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic (or roasted), crushed red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, and basil.

Brush & Sprinkle
Brush the herb butter over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.

Bake Covered
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

Bake Uncovered
Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes, until tops are golden and slightly crisp.

Serve & Enjoy
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make Ahead: Assemble the sliders a few hours in advance and bake when ready.

Swap the Meat: Try sliced salami, turkey pepperoni, or vegetarian options.

Extra Saucy? Add a thin layer of sauce both under and over the pepperoni.

Spice Level: Add more crushed red pepper if you like heat!
