Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
  4. Place shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Bring the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball.
  6. Place sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with seasoned butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Brush with any remaining butter and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute pepperoni with cooked sausage, ham, or vegetables.
  • Add a spoonful of pizza sauce inside for a saucy center.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan on top before baking for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in oven or air fryer.
