Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 12 tbsp chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 8 oz cooked noodles (ramen, rice noodles, or udon)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Push chicken to one side of the pan and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir to coat chicken.
  5. Add cooked noodles and toss to combine, letting them soak up the sauce.
  6. Stir in green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
