These gooey, cheesy sliders with ham and a savory cream cheese mix are the ultimate comfort food. Perfect for game day, parties, or family dinners!
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
½ cup green onions, chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Dash of hot sauce
1 lb thick-sliced ham, chopped
1 dozen pull-apart slider rolls
2 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Mix in green onions, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
Place the bottom half in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread half the cream cheese mixture on the bottom rolls.
Layer chopped ham evenly over the mixture.
Spread the remaining mixture on top of the ham or the underside of the top rolls.
Place the top half of rolls over the filling.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
Slice and serve warm.
