Ingredients

3/4 cup (180 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons (15 g) cocoa powder
1 tablespoon (15 g) allulose
1/4 cup (60 g) keto ice cream

Instructions

Add almond milk, cocoa powder, allulose, and keto ice cream to a blender.
Blend for about 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Pour evenly into two glasses.
Optionally top with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
