Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (or ½ cup if using finely grated parmesan)

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Shape Dough:
Spread the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Use your hands or a spatula to flatten into a rectangular or round shape, like a thin pizza crust.

Bake:
