Cheesy, creamy, and full of grilled chicken flavor—these Alfredo wraps are wrapped in tortillas and broiled to golden perfection. Easy comfort food at its best!
For the Chicken:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Wraps:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup ricotta cheese or cream cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Marinate & Cook the Chicken:
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces or strips. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for 15–30 minutes if possible.
Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and lightly charred. Set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out tortillas and spread a spoonful of ricotta or cream cheese down the center.
Add grilled chicken, drizzle generously with Alfredo sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella and parsley.
Roll up burrito-style, keeping everything tucked in.
Broil:
Preheat broiler to high. Place wraps seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle tops with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve:
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
Slice diagonally for presentation and serve with extra Alfredo or marinara for dipping.
Cream cheese makes the wraps extra rich, while ricotta offers a lighter feel.
You can use pre-cooked chicken to save time—just warm it before assembling.
Add spinach or sautéed mushrooms for a veggie boost.
Make it spicy with a dash of red pepper flakes in the Alfredo sauce.
