Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Season the Shrimp

In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. Add Cheese & Herbs
