Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and add to sauce.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in sauce.
