Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt or round cake pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into balls.
  3. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Roll each dough ball in cinnamon-sugar mixture and layer them in the prepared pan.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar and vanilla extract. Pour over dough balls in the pan.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm.

  • Add chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit for variation.
  • Use maple syrup for extra richness.
  • Check doneness with a toothpick in the center—should come out clean.
