Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or leftover)
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (optional, for brushing)
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll up toward the tip and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter if using.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley or chives if desired.
