Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade, about 16 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a deep-dish pizza pan or 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan to form a crust.
