Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak or stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. (Optional) Sear steak bites in olive oil over high heat for 2–3 minutes to brown the edges.
  3. Transfer steak to crockpot.
  4. In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and stir in garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour mixture over steak bites in the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until beef is fork-tender.
  7. Stir gently and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
