Ingredients

  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough (homemade or store-bought), cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 3 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 4 Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • Optional: 1/4 cup peanut butter, for swirling
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Let the vanilla ice cream soften slightly at room temperature for about 5–10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold in the cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and chopped Reese’s.
  3. If desired, swirl in peanut butter and/or drizzle chocolate syrup throughout the mixture.
  4. Transfer the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top.
  5. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Scoop and serve directly from the freezer.

Notes

  • Add chopped peanuts or mini M&M’s for extra crunch and color.
  • Swap vanilla ice cream for chocolate or peanut butter flavors for variation.
  • Use frozen yogurt instead of ice cream for a lighter option.
  • Ensure cookie dough is edible and safe to eat raw.
  • Store tightly covered in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
