  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Other ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  2. Make the sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.

Notes

  • You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Make sure to slice the beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.
