Ingredients

  • 1 box cornbread mix (such as Jiffy)
  • 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
