Ingredients

2 Tazo Calm Chamomile Tea Bags

1 cup water

2 tsp rose water

2 tsp rose syrup (or more, to taste)

2 tsp honey (or more, to taste)

1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)

1 tsp dried rose petals (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Steep the Tea:
Place two chamomile tea bags into a 16 oz mug or latte cup.
Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot. Once boiling, remove from heat and pour over tea bags.
Stir in rose water, rose syrup, and honey. Let steep for 4–5 minutes.

Froth the Milk:
In the same pot, heat oat milk until it starts to steam and froth.
Optional: Use a milk frother to froth the milk until foamy. (If you don’t have one, it still works just fine!)

Assemble the Latte:
Pour the hot milk into the mug with the steeped tea.
Tip: Strain froth using a spoon—pour the liquid first, then scoop the foam on top.
Remove tea bags if preferred.

Garnish:
Top with rose petals if desired. Serve warm and enjoy your floral, calming latte.

Notes

For a sweeter latte, increase the rose syrup and honey by 1 tsp each.

No rose syrup? You can use just rose water or omit both for a simple chamomile tea latte.

Tulsi tea can be used instead of chamomile for a more herbal twist.

Works beautifully with dairy-free milks like oat, almond, or coconut.
