Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken dry and place in the prepared dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken along with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper if using.
  5. Rub seasonings evenly over the chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. If using cheese, sprinkle it on during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  8. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
