Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then mix in brown sugar, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
