Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on the baking sheet.
