Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein pancake mix
  • 2/3 cup milk or water (as per mix instructions)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease 2–4 oven-safe ramekins or small bowls.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine protein pancake mix, milk or water, eggs, and optional baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Stir until just combined—do not overmix.
