This air fryer turkey tenderloin is juicy, flavorful, and ready in just 30 minutes. Perfectly seasoned with paprika, garlic, thyme, and a hint of brown sugar—ideal for weeknights or a small Thanksgiving gathering.

1 ½ lbs turkey tenderloin (boneless, skinless turkey breast)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Seasoning Dry Rub
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1/16 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
Pat the turkey tenderloin dry and brush both sides with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, thyme, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper (if using).
Sprinkle the seasoning mix liberally over both sides of the turkey tenderloin.
Place the tenderloin(s) in the air fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through. If using two smaller tenderloins, reduce cook time slightly and check for doneness.
Check for doneness by ensuring the internal temperature is 165°F and juices run clear.
Let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

To store: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 6 months in airtight freezer bags.
Can be made in a conventional oven at 375°F for about 35–40 minutes.
