Crispy, juicy, and coated in a sweet-savory honey garlic glaze—these air fryer chicken tenders are perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner.
1 lb chicken tenders
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
Cooking spray (for air fryer basket)
In a medium bowl, mix honey, melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add chicken tenders to the bowl and toss until fully coated.
Place breadcrumbs on a separate plate. Dredge each chicken tender in the breadcrumbs, coating all sides.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
For extra crunch, double bread the tenders by dipping them again in the honey mixture and then breadcrumbs.
Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, honey mustard, or garlic aioli.
Great for meal prep—store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
