  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

  2. In a bowl, toss steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. While steak cooks, melt butter in a small pan and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Toss cooked steak bites in garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to check for desired doneness (130–135°F for medium-rare).
  • Add Worcestershire or soy sauce to garlic butter for more umami flavor.
  • For heat, sprinkle red pepper flakes or cayenne.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or alongside veggies.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days; reheat in air fryer or skillet for best results.
