Ingredients

→ Salad

4 cups (approx. 600 g) watermelon, cubed into 2.5 cm pieces

1.5 cups (225 g) strawberries, sliced

1.5 cups (180 g) raspberries

1.5 cups (210 g) cherries, pitted and halved

→ Dressing

2 tablespoons (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice

1.5 teaspoons (3 g) lime zest

2 tablespoons (30 ml) agave syrup

1 tablespoon (2 g) fresh mint, finely chopped

Instructions

Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, agave syrup, and chopped mint until well combined.

Prepare the Fruit:
Cube the watermelon and slice the strawberries. Add to a large bowl with raspberries and cherries.

Toss & Serve:
Drizzle the lime-mint dressing over the fruit. Gently toss to coat. Garnish with torn mint leaves just before serving.

Notes

Chill fruit beforehand for an extra-refreshing result.

Assemble the salad just before serving to preserve texture and flavor.
