Spinach and Feta Flatbread Pizza topped with fresh spinach, red onion, garlic, mozzarella, and crumbled feta. A quick Mediterranean inspired dinner ready in minutes with crispy edges and bold flavor.
1 flatbread
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup fresh spinach, torn
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
Distribute spinach, sliced red onion, and sliced garlic evenly over the mozzarella.
Top with crumbled feta cheese.
Carefully place flatbread on the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden and slightly crispy.
Remove from oven, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
Let cool 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving.
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the flatbread for 3–4 minutes before adding toppings.
Avoid overloading toppings to prevent sogginess.
Add olives or sun-dried tomatoes for extra Mediterranean flavor.
Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days; reheat in oven for best texture.
