These 2-ingredient Ritz Cracker Thin Mints are crispy, minty, and chocolatey—just like the real thing! The easiest no-bake treat for holidays or snacking.
1 box Ritz crackers
2 cups Andes Mints (or Creme de Menthe Thins or mint baking chips)
1. Prep
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
2. Melt the Chocolate
Place Andes Mints in a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat for 30 seconds, then continue in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
3. Dip the Crackers
Dip each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate, turning to coat completely.
4. Set
Place chocolate-covered crackers onto prepared cookie sheets.
Repeat until all crackers are coated.
5. Let Them Set
Allow to dry completely:
Room temperature: 1–2 hours
Refrigerator: 15–30 minutes
