A rich and creamy chocolate fudge made with sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips, ready in minutes with no thermometer or complicated steps.
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each round, until mixture is fully melted and smooth (about 90 seconds total).
Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into a lined or lightly greased 8×8-inch pan.
Spread evenly with a spatula and let cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set (1–2 hours).
Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy.
For a twist, stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, or crushed cookies.
Swirl in peanut butter before setting for a fun variation.
Use dark chocolate chips for a richer, less sweet flavor.
If fudge is too soft, ensure the chocolate was fully melted and the fudge had enough time to set.
