Tender grilled chicken cubes tossed in spices and served with a creamy garlic dipping sauce—quick, flavorful, and perfect for casual dinners or parties.
→ Chicken:
450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
15 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
¼ teaspoon salt
→ Creamy Garlic Sauce:
120 ml mayonnaise
60 ml sour cream
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Make the Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Chill until ready to serve.
Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne (if using), and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
Grill the Chicken: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook chicken bites for 2–3 minutes per side, turning until cooked through and lightly charred on the edges.
Serve: Arrange the grilled chicken on a platter. Drizzle garlic sauce over the top or serve on the side for dipping. Garnish with extra parsley or chives if desired.
Add more cayenne or red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
Pairs well with roasted veggies, rice, or pasta for a complete meal.
Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter sauce.
